Projects Page 3:
Below: Tore down the old pressure treated deck and started over with brand new footers,
framing, and decking. We used Trex Transcend decking with hidden fasteners, colors
are Vintage Lantern for picture framing and steps and Fire Pit for main deck area.
Railing is Trex railing in matching Fire Pit posts and rails with black ballasters.
Below: We remodelled master bathroom and combined it with existing walk in closet to make this beautiful master
suite. Lots and lots of detail from spray foam insulation in exterior walls and ceiling to custom tile work. Completely
gutted down to studs, new plumbing, the whole nine yards and then some.
Below: We built a very nice porch roof over the front entry door. The structure is finished off with Wolf PVC trim
boards and HB&G fiberglass columns. Porch does not need and painting except for the columns. The pvc trim
boards were used to create more character and eliminate the use of cheaper aluminum capping.
Below: We remodelled existing master bathroom which included a new tile floor, removed tub and installed custom
tiled shower stall with ADA tiled shower pan, converted shower stall into a closet, new vanity, new lights and just
gave this bathroom a very nice face lift.
Below: Here we took a very small kitchen with only 11 kitchen cabinets in it and added a small addition, 8' x 10' and
installed new cabinets, a total of 24 cabinets. The project includes tile floor, tile back splash, granite counter top,
recessed lights, under cabinet lights, and new appliances. This kitchen was done with cabinets from The Rta Store,
an online store, which turned out to be half the cost of cabinets quoted from local suppliers. That enabled us to
upgrade in other areas of the project. The cabinets are solid wood doors and frames, plywood boxes, full extension,
soft close drawers, with 3/4" thick plywood shelves. For more details about this project feel free to contact me
Below: Trex Transcends in Spiced Rum, held down with Trex hidden fasteners, deck wrapped in matching deck skirt,
deck boards laid on a diagonal with 2 rows of deck boards for the picture frame effect. Also added Trex dimmable
deck lights in the railing posts and stair risers. Also, used Trex handrail in Fire Pit with aluminum black round
ballasters to set the whole deck off. This deck turned out very nicely.
